if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we will refund your order within 14 days of arriving at your shipping location. Please contact us within the 14 days to arrange for a return address for you to ship the item(s) to. You are responsible for any shipping charges when returning the item for a refund.
Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, we will offer you a refund, or a free replacement including shipping, of the damaged item. Please contact us immediately regarding the damaged product, and we ask that you send us a clear color photo of the damaged product for our records.
Flawed Products
Our production partners usually produce our customer's orders without any problems, however, there may be an occasion where there is a flaw with the finished product that you receive. If you do receive a flawed product, then we will offer a refund, or a free replacement including shipping. Please contact us immediately regarding the flawed product, and we ask that you send us a clear color photo of the flawed product for our records.
If an order placed with us hasn't been sent to production, then we can cancel your order. Try to cancel your order as soon as possible so that we can make an attempt to do so.
