If you do receive a flawed product, then we will offer a refund, or a free replacement including shipping. Please contact us immediately regarding the flawed product, and we ask that you send us a clear color photo of the flawed product for our records.

Cancellation of Order

If an order placed with us hasn't been sent to production, then we can cancel your order. Try to cancel your order as soon as possible so that we can make an attempt to do so.

All orders shipped to addresses within the continental United States have no shipping charges added...they ship for free.
